This notice explains how personal information submitted through this website is handled. It should be reviewed by the business owner or legal adviser before a public launch.
Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company or brand, phone number, selected service, and project context. We also retain limited technical anti-abuse signals. We do not request payment-card information through this website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess the request, reply to you, plan a relevant conversation, protect the form from abuse, and maintain a record of the commercial interaction. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in the Closepage CMS database outside the public website directory. Access is limited to authorised CMS users.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are archived according to the configured retention policy and may be retained where needed for legal, security, or business-record purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@closepage.id. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Security controls
We use access controls, password hashing, optional multi-factor authentication, audit logging, request validation, anti-spam controls, encrypted private configuration, backups, and secure transport where HTTPS is enabled. No security control can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry.
Website measurement and newsletter
Where enabled, Closepage records limited first-party conversion events such as CTA clicks and form submissions without creating visitor profiles, and respects browser Do Not Track signals. Newsletter signup is optional. When email delivery is configured, confirmation and unsubscribe controls are used before ongoing email is sent.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask for deletion. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
